The Board fixed the close of business on March 17, 2017, as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on May 12, 2017.

Also, the Board elected Daniel P. Mascaro as its new Chief Legal Officer, Secretary, and Vice President to be effective March 1, 2017, after the retirement of Charles E. Jarrett. Mr. Jarrett has held these positions since joining Progressive in 2000.
